Our Founding Story
Syndi Health was born from lived experience; a shared frustration with a backlogged and broken healthcare system and the sense of overwhelming confusion when seeking immediate and effective support within a chaotic and crowded digital healthcare ecosystem.
Our founders, who met during London's 15th Cohort of Entrepreneur First, united over their desire to make digital health support accessible and personalised for everyone, starting with mental health.
Fast forward two years, with an energetic and passionate team, supported by industry-renowned advisors, Syndi Health is on a mission to power the personalised digital healthcare revolution.
We believe that everyone deserves to have access to the correct digital health support for them, when they actually need it.
Co-Founder and CEO
Ben holds a Masters of Research Degree in Medical Device Design and Entrepreneurship from Imperial College. Last year he was awarded the Royal Academy of Engineering 1851 Enterprise Fellowship.
Ben’s previous start-up provided long-overdue innovation to an outdated healthcare process by launching the world’s first medically approved direct-to-consumer prosthetic limbs.
Co-Founder and CTO
Jorge is a Physics graduate from Imperial College and holds a Masters in AI from the University of Barcelona. Having previously founded and directed an award-winning AI consultancy, he has designed and built chat and voice assistants for advance care planning.
Jorge has also implemented successful machine-learning algorithms for GPS-tracked on-demand delivery systems.

Chief Operations Officer
Andy joins us with over 20 years experience of working with multifunctional engineering and operations teams ranging in size up to 150 people and has led large organisation restructures and through growth phases. Andy has also spent the last 4 years supporting startups as both an advisor and non-executive director. His key strengths lie in bringing structure and focus to teams whilst at the same time driving innovative thinking and challenging the status quo.
